Data Science Competition 2023

Welcome to the third edition of the Data Science Competition of the Financial Study association Amsterdam. This year, the competition will take place over the course of three days, where each day will consist of two different cases provided by six different top-ranked companies.

Participants will have the opportunity to use their data science skills to analyse different kinds of data and come up with innovative solutions for real-world cases provided by the companies. At the end of the case, you will present your results. The cases are solved in student groups which can score points based on their solution and presentation. After these cases, the winning team will be chosen and the winner will be awarded a prize! The event will be hosted as in-house days. This way, you get an even better insight into the participating companies.

The competition is open to all students with an interest in data science. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with real-world data, learn from the best in the industry, and showcase your skills to potential employers.

The Data Science Competition event will take place on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of June 2023. When applying for the Data Science Competition, please note that you will be required to take part in the full three days.
