Real Estate Day 2023
About
The Real Estate Day will take place on Tuesday April 25th and Wednesday April 26th. Each day consists of two in-house days and in total four companies will participate. During the day, the company will give an insight into their practices followed by a lunch or drink. The participating companies in this year’s edition of the Real Estate Day are Savills, CBRE, JLL and NL real estate | Knight Frank.
What are we looking for?
This event gives ambitious and financially interested students the opportunity to get in contact with big players in the real estate advisory landscape. The participating companies look for motivated students in the last phase of their studies who want to put their knowledge into practice during the workshops and admire a career in Real Estate. It is required to be fluent in Dutch to participate in the event.

Tuesday April 25th

On the 25th of April we will start the day at Savills where we will work on a case on rental advice. After that we will do a tour on the Zuidas and we will finish the morning with a networking lunch. After that we will proceed the day at CBRE. At CBRE we will be working on a taxation case which is linked to Capital Markets and Valuations. This day will be finished with network drinks at the CBRE office.
Wednesday April 26th

On the 26th of April 2023 we will start our day at the JLL office. JLL will provide a business case in regards to ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance). Bas van Griendt who is the Head of Sustainability and who is the author of ‘Het Abc van Esg voor vastgoedprofessionals’ will be attending this morning. This morning finishes with a network lunch at the JLL office. We will continue the day at NL real estate | Knight Frank with a short tour at their office on the Zuidas and we will continue this afternoon on a different location which is linked to the business case. After finishing the business case we will have network drinks at the Zuidas.
