Within the context of today’s connecting and fast changing world, multinationals play an even greater role in offering products and services that add value to people’s daily lives. This event consists of three in-house days, where you can look behind the scenes of multinationals and participate in cases. You will have the unique opportunity to closely examine the production processes of a multinational company through a detailed tour of their store, headquarters or production facility. The day will end with informal drinks, where you are free to ask any remaining questions that you have to the company’s employees.
Who are we looking for
This project is designed for students from all backgrounds in the final stage of their Bachelor’s or Master’s program. All students with an interest in multinationals can apply via our website. Fluency in Dutch is not required for Cargill and FrieslandCampina.
The participating companies for the Multinational Days 2020 are FrieslandCampina, Cargill and Randstad.

Our traineeships are all about your commercialism and leadership skills. The first phase is mainly about getting to know the core business of Randstad, Tempo-Team or Yacht, whereas in the second/third phase looking at our management traineeship you take a more transcendent role as e.g. operational manager or do projects in e.g. finance, innovation or marketing. The finance traineeship focuses more on developing you to be a financial or business controller. As a trainee, you will be one of the top employees of the Randstad Group in the future.
During the in-house days you will visit the company at their location. You will practice cases, visti their factory and/or speeddate with employees and finish the day with informal drinks.
