As a Finance & Risk trainee, your rotations within APG Asset Management will have a focus on risk management, financial accounting, enterprise risk management, and compliance. However, you will also have the opportunity to learn about APG Asset Management as a whole. Your journey as a trainee will involve three rotations in different teams where you will work on a trainee assignment. The range of possible assignments is vast and depends on the needs of the team, as well as your determination and innovative mindset. The majority of your time will be spent working independently on your assignment. However, you will also work on your personal development. - Master’s degree in the field of Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Financial Law, Economics or Econometrics, with outstanding study results;
- A maximum of two years’ work experience;
- Broad-ranging extra-curricular development (e.g. committee or board membership, volunteer work);
- Fluency in English;
- Analytical, energetic, ambitious, eager to learn, innovative, team player and critical thinker.

We will offer you a two-year contract with a € 3111 gross monthly salary (based on a 40-hour work week, excluding holiday pay and end-of-year bonus).
