The role

OCP is on an ambitious journey to bring the living experience for its tenants to the next level through digitalization of its operations. The role will consist of supporting the Operations team with operations enhancement projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing a strong foundation for a career in business strategy.

Main activities:

• Assist in analysing business processes, identify areas for improvement or optimization and digitalization process
• Assist in creating process flows and other visuals to support solution design
• Perform data analysis to generate insights for decision-making
• Participate in testing activities to validate developed solutions
• Document project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Monitor project timelines, manage the project backlog and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including external developers, testers, and business stakeholders

The profile

We are looking for a self-starter, who can work independently and possesses strong communication skills. You are mature, ambitious and excited to learn and develop.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Interest in digital solutions for business
• Fluent in Dutch and English
