Role Description:
Global Banking Operations (GBO) within EMEA has an exciting opportunity to expand their EMEA Branch Operations team in Brussels to cover the Operational related administrative tasks for the Benelux. We are a team of 6, with two people covering each of Brussels, Luxembourg and Amsterdam.
The EMEA Branch Operations team work closely with other departments within GBO and other lines of business within the Bank across the globe. We provide support to our client facing colleagues and perform local operational tasks, such as the handling of client files, controls of account openings, closures, seizures etc.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative support to the Benelux business banking.
- You will support the Benelux Operations team with daily activities such as invoice preparation, reports handling, filing etc.
- You will support the Benelux Operations team with controls on client account openings, closures, incorporations, change of ownership from a local perspective.
What we are looking for:
- You will have Fluency in Dutch, English and good knowledge of French.
- You will want to work in a small team.
- You will have flexibility and be eager to learn.
Skills that will help (optional):
- Notions on local banking practice and operational banking processes (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) preferred.
