Your role includes:

🔸 Working on live M&A transactions

🔸 Conducting business and market analysis

🔸 Building financial models and valuations

🔸 Preparing investment proposals and slide decks

🔸 Supporting our portfolio companies with targeted strategic work

🔸 Participating in internal discussions and external meetings

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Has a strong academic background (Finance, Economics, Law or similar)

✔ Is fluent in Dutch and English

✔ Has an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset

✔ Has relevant experience or internships (M&A, PE, VC, consulting)

✔ Is smart, analytical, and a strong communicator

✔ Is available full-time for at least 3 months
