Applications for the Randstad Masterclass are open now!

Randstad is still the largest staffing agency in the world, with nearly 5,000 offices in 39 different countries. However, if Randstad wants to remain the largest in the future, it cannot stand still. On the contrary, in a market where change is the only constant, Randstad will need to pull out all the stops to continue to surprise both competitors and clients. And the pressure is increasing. Labor market shortages, clients cutting back on their external hiring or solving it independently, and global political circumstances, Randstad is currently facing challenging times. And it is precisely in these times that it is important for a major player to keep a cool head, including you as business controllers. In this case, you will work to provide the organization with advice, taking into account the various opportunities and risks you foresee. All of this will be included in the final presentation, in which the advice is given to the executive team.

This masterclass is open for students from all backgrounds and all universities, with an interest in finance or economics, who are in the final stage of their bachelor’s or master’s program.

Fluency in Dutch is required.
