Ban list conditions

When a participant cancels the application less than 48 hours before the start of the event, he/she will be put on the Blacklist with the reason as named by the participant.

The consequences of the Blacklist are:

1. 1. Exclusion of participation in all future FSA events.
   2. Transmission of your personal details to the participating companies, with a statement of the reason of the late cancellation of your participation.
   3. The FSA cannot vouch for the consequences the transmission of the personal details regarding the Blacklist arrangement would have, in a potential application procedure at the participating companies of this event.

Penalty clause

When a participant cancels the application less than 72 hours before the start of the event or he/she is unannounced absent at the event, he/she will receive a €25,- fine as penalty. In case of sickness, a medical statement is required.
