THE ROLE
The Investment team is primarily responsible for all real estate acquisitions and disposals in all of OCP’s territories. Due to the flat hierarchy, the broad and rapidly growing investment mandate and collaborative nature of the firm,the position offers significant growth opportunities.
Main activities:
• Help analyse, underwrite and execute real estate investmentsfor various OCP funds, with a specific focus onresidential real estate
• Conduct market and company research
• Support with building financial models
• Help in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for our limited partners and OCP management

You are a team player, but at the same time you take initiatives to solve tasks independently. You thrive onsolving hands-on tasks and are careful, analytical, and structured in your way of working. You have a positive attitude and you are prepared to work within a team where tasks and projects can vary.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
• You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English
