THE ROLE
As an intern within the residential asset management team, you will closely collaborate with dynamic asset managerswho are responsible for the Dutch portfolio. During your internship, you will assist them with various tasks andongoing activities focused on managing the diverse portfolios within the firm. This may include tasks such ascoordinating renovations, helping with various permits, or optimizing the portfolio through new initiatives. You willtruly be part of the team during your internship and attend meetings, workshops, and external appointments. Thisinternship will provide you with valuable insights into the dynamic and interesting world of real estate!

You are an independent, highly ambitious, and responsible person with great drive who is willing to learn anddevelop! You are a team player, but at the same time you take initiatives to solve tasks independently. You thrive onsolving hands-on tasks and are careful, analytical, and structured in your way of working. You have a positiveattitudeand you are prepared to work within a team where tasks and projects can vary.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
• You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English
