Investment Banking Intern
Throughout the year, Oaklins offers 3-month internships to ambitious graduate students with an interest in corporate finance.
Join our team of motivated and ambitious colleagues and work on a wide range of national and international financing solutions. Oaklins has offices in more than 45 locations employing more than 850 people worldwide, while still maintaining the culture and benefits of a small team. We offer great opportunities to operate and grow alongside accomplished advisors and entrepreneurs.
What you will do and learn
You will work along with junior and senior Oaklins professionals and participate in many aspects of M&A, ECM and Debt transactions. You will be actively involved in developing client presentations, building valuation models, conducting industry research and finding potential buyers and targets in various industries. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to experience the Oaklins culture and feel what it is like to be part of the number one independent global investment bank. You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working closely together with experienced M&A, ECM and Debt professionals.
Oaklins’ Intern Academy
Oaklins provides an effective learning experience based on a structured training programme, where interns can learn about topics such as valuation, financial modelling, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), due diligence and contracting.
Equipping the next generation of dealmakers with the knowledge to excel in M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Advisory is at the core of our Intern Academy. We aim to inform, engage and inspire our interns to perform at the top of their potential. With the training, our interns will not only expand their knowledge of the sector but also gain insight into the day-to-day activities of our analysts.
