THE ROLE
The Investment team is primarily responsible for all real estate acquisitions and disposals in all of OCP’s territories. Due to the flat hierarchy, the broad and rapidly growing investment mandate and collaborative nature of the firm,the position offers significant growth opportunities.
Main activities:
• Help analyse, underwrite and execute real estate investmentsfor various OCP funds, with a specific focus onresidential real estate
• Conduct market and company research
• Support with building financial models
• Help in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for our limited partners and OCP management

You are an ambitious and reliable person, with great drive and excited to learn and develop. You have a positiveattitudeand you are willing to work on diverse tasks and projects.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a university in the master’s phase
• Analytically driven
• Strong attentionto detail and strong organisational skills
• Fluent in English is a must
• Interestin the field of investmentsand real estate
• Financial modelling skills preferred
• Experience in preparing and maintaining presentations and benchmarking materials preferred
• Willingness to work in a self-directed way at times, but equally able to excel collaboratively
