Examples of projects that we have realized are

HSMHost Office Suite in the Skyport Building at Schiphol airport: We incorporated this into our proposed office concept: an open-plan, well-lighted space suitable for flexible use. There are sit-stand workstations, there is room for relaxation and we have incorporated many elements of biophilic design through the use of numerous plants, colours and natural materials. HMSHost’s hospitality concepts have been showcased throughout the design. One of the meeting rooms, for example, is based on ‘Two Tigers’, their sushi and noodles concept.

Building Munthof: Building ‘Munthof’ makes a special appearance in the Reguliersdwarsstraat in Amsterdam. The monumental building consists of a mix of retail, offices and a parking garage which in renovated into its original glory and extended to the design of architects Bos Hofman. To make this historical monument a sustainable building, new isolating materials and two energy--efficient heat pumps will arrange for heating and cooling through climate ceilings.

Deloitte – The Garage: Deloitte is the first of the ‘Big Four’ (the largest business service providers in the world) to go off the beaten track by co-creating with customers at its own new location. This takes place in The Garage, a completely renovated former Citroën garage adjacent to the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam. Sustainability, innovation and co-creation were three of the project cornerstones. Working with the Deloitte project team, we took a deep dive into the future, established the wishes and ambitions and, where possible, stretched them further. The result looks nothing like a regular office, and that was exactly the intention.
