Our mission is to positively impact businesses today, for a sustainable tomorrow. We are a team of 60 sustainability consultants and platform specialists, based in Amsterdam (and +90 great colleagues with global exposure in the UK, US, India and Spain). We help private market investors, and their underlying portfolio companies to tackle ESG-related challenges on various topics such as climate, biodiversity, supply chain, impact and more.

What do we stand for  

Our goal is to drive a positive impact today to ensure a sustainable tomorrow. While our current economic system has brought immense prosperity and welfare, it’s evident that we need to change how we produce, consume, and finance. As we transition towards sustainability, investors can play a crucial role by understanding how their investments impact climate change, ecosystems, and society. Additionally, they can encourage their portfolio companies to reduce negative impacts, identify areas to make a positive impact and capitalise on opportunities presented by the sustainability transition.

What we do 

ESG factors significantly impact a company’s long-term risk and financial performance. Companies that implement ESG practices correctly are more responsible, less risky, and more likely to succeed. We acknowledge the growing importance of this issue, and investors collaborate with us to evaluate and improve their investments’ ESG performance. We collaborate with companies from different regions and industries to assess their understanding of sustainability, their current performance, and support them with defining strategies and action roadmaps on how they can become more sustainable and secure in the future.

We can make a real difference through direct collaboration with company management and investor support. We monitor their progress annually, and our influence can improve their actual sustainability performance over time.
