IceLake is a private equity firm investing in exceptional companies in the Benelux and DACH region. Our approach is collaborative, pragmatic and focused on the long term. After investing in a company, we work together with management to create strategic and operational plans and provide the support necessary to realize these plans. We have substantial experience in managing entrepreneurial succession, international expansion and buy and builds.

Experience
IceLake was founded in 2018 by experienced private equity professionals and entrepreneurs who have extensive experience with building and growing companies. IceLake has done this by supporting entrepreneurs and as entrepreneurs ourselves.
