We are an independent, global mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm consisting of around 100 professionals. Livingstone has a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for private and public businesses and financial sponsors (investors). Since its foundation, Livingstone has progressively expanded its international footprint to offices in Amsterdam, Beijing, Chicago, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Los Angeles, Madrid/Valencia, and Stockholm. We focus on five core industries, with dedicated teams across our offices serving the Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Media & Technology sectors.

Livingstone Partners opened its Benelux office in Q3 2021, and we have built an entrepreneurial and dynamic team with significant M&A (at ABN AMRO, Barclays, Rabobank, Oaklins, PwC and NIBC) and investing (at Capvis and Active Capital) experience. The team has a track record of successfully executing landmark transactions for corporate clients as well as a broad spectrum of private equity investors. Livingstone is not a typical deal factory as senior deal makers dedicate significant time and resources to our transactions.
