MiddleGround Capital is an operationally focused private equity firm founded in 2018, with offices in Lexington (KY), New York City, and Amsterdam. With approximately $4 billion in assets under management, we invest in lower middle-market B2B industrial and specialty distribution businesses across North America and Europe. Our Amsterdam office
Our Amsterdam team consists of approximately 21 people, representing 15 different nationalities. As a growing team, the office offers a rare combination: the intimacy of a young, entrepreneurial environment paired with the resources and deal flow of a globally established firm. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across three continents, gain exposure to cross‑border transactions, and have direct access to senior leadership from day one.
