The event is a reaction to the current excess demand for health analysts with an economic or business background and was organised for the first time in 2017.

Leading strategy consulting firms supervise complex and realistic cases, while strict deadlines and successful teamwork should be achieved. In other words: Consultition gives students the opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade.

Due to climate change, the demand for ambitious and qualified students with an interest in sustainability and its application in finance is rising. This event offers ambitious students the opportunity to get into contact with top ranked businesses and to learn more about sustainable finance.

The Private Equity Cycle aims to bring students from various disciplines in touch with the private equity sector in the Netherlands. The private equity cycle exists of four inhouse days, a private equity dinner and a venture capital day.

This event offers students the opportunity to get in contact with top ranked companies and their businesses in Data Science. During the event, students will attend a training, company presentations and business cases. The business cases are solved in groups.

The FSA Consultancy Club offers top students who are interested in a career in strategy consulting a platform to connect with other students and to develop and practice for the application processes consultants impose. Many students have used the Consultancy Club in the past to successfully obtain a job at one of the leading strategy consultants within the Netherlands. Every month, a session is organized where students come together and get a general introduction about the best way to tackle a case followed by one-on-one practice sessions with cases from consultants. The committee or participating company employees will review one’s interview techniques and provide feedback to participating students. Although the selection will be based on first-come-first-serve, the participating companies will receive the resumes of the participating students.

Mutual Fund is the investment association for financially oriented students in Amsterdam. The goal of Mutual Fund is to provide students with an educational platform for starting investors within the stock markets. Mutual Fund counts around 55 members who are selected carefully through an application process.The joint focus of the members creates a stimulating and educative environment where knowledge and vision are central elements. The members of MF all provide a deposit with which the MF will invest with through a fund. On a monthly basis, investments and returns of each fund are discussed and evaluated. A vote might take place to sell or buy different stocks within the market. Students develop analytical skills and can discuss investments within an informal environment. Companies have the opportunity to participate in one of the meetings of Mutual Fundand/or educate the group of Mutual Fund about the stock market and different portfolios or investment actualities.
