About

Are you interested in M&A and/or the intersection of law and finance and curious about how M&A transactions work in practice? Law X Finance is a brand-new one-day inhouseday that takes students through the entire M&A process, combining both legal and financial perspectives.

During this event, participants will gain insight into how lawyers and bankers collaborate on real transactions. The day starts at Loyens & Loeff, where the focus lies on the legal foundations of M&A, and continues at Lincoln International, where the financial and strategic aspects of deals are explored. Law X Finance offers a unique opportunity to experience how theory translates into practice in the world of mergers and acquisitions.

Who are we looking for?

Law X Finance is designed for all finance, Law and/or Tax law students in the final stage of their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree who have a strong interest in M&A. Students from other study backgrounds are also welcome, provided they have a clear affinity with corporate law, finance, or transactions.
