The event consists of five in-house days and three Private Equity Dinners with three firms present at each dinner. In-house days will start at 13:00 and end around 18:00 with drinks. The PE Dinners will start at 17:30 and end around 23:00. Please be aware that fluency in Dutch is required for each day.
Who are we looking for?
This event is designed for students from all backgrounds in the final stage of their Bachelor or Master’s study. An economics-related study background is not a requirement for participation in the event. Therefore, we welcome students from all fields of study who have an affinity with finance.
How to apply?
To apply successfully, please submit a single PDF file containing your CV + University Grades + High School Grades in the following format: CV&Grades_firstname_lastname. After applying, you will receive an additional application form through e-mail that MUST be completed to finalize your application. In this form you will have the opportunity to select a maximum of 5 days for which you would like to apply. Without completing this last step, your application will not be considered.
After the application deadline, all applications will be sent to the participating companies. They will make a selection of the students that will be invited for the event. As you apply for each day individually, you will only particpate on a specific day of the Cycle if you get selected by the specific company of that day. This means you might not be selected for all the days you applied for. If selected by the participating firm(s), you will receive more information in the week of April 20th.

Holland Capital
Holland Capital is one of the longest standing Private Equity firms in the Netherlands. They have been successfully and responsibly investing in promising small and medium-sized Dutch and German businesses with growth ambitions for more than 40 years. Lexar
Lexar is a young and ambitious investment firm focused on investing in promising B2B SaaS companies and IT services. HAL Investments
HAL Investments will give selected students a behind-the-scenes opportunity to be introduced to the challenging world of HAL Investments and Private Equity. HAL Investments is a listed, long-term investment company with a net asset value of €14,99 billion and holds significant positions in a number of listed and non-listed companies in a wide range of industries such as Boskalis (100%), Coolblue (56%), FD Mediagroep (100%), Prodrive Technologies (47%). HAL’s strategy focuses on increasing value through long-term involvement in these companies. During the inhouse event on May 20th 2026 you will be given an insight into various aspects of Private Equity and long term investing.
