We strengthen the strategic position of our companies by providing targeted support at critical moments. We advise and support our portfolio companies in major transactions, including (re)financings, capital injections, strategic partnerships, add-on investments, M&A, and capital markets transactions. With proven experience in both private and public markets—such as IPOs (NX Filtration, Alfen) and public-to-private transactions (Neways)—we help strengthen strategic positioning, ensure financial stability, and unlock sustainable growth and long-term value.
Your role
As a Private Equity Intern, you will be fully integrated into the investment team and involved across multiple aspects of the investment and value creation process. You will work closely with senior investment professionals and gain exposure to both portfolio company support and selective new investment analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting portfolio companies through financial analysis and performance monitoring
- Building and maintaining financial models, budgets, and scenario analyses
- Preparing management and board-level materials
- Contributing to operational and strategic value creation initiatives
- Assisting with the assessment of new investment opportunities on a selective basis
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master student with strong academic track record, with Bachelor candidates preferably in their final year
- Demonstrable interest in private equity and corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills, with solid Excel & Power BI proficiency
- Proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and initiative
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
