Clairfield Netherlands (previously Vondel Finance), headquartered in Amsterdam, is an independent corporate finance boutique and part of Clairfield International. Clairfield International is a partnership of leading corporate finance firms in 25 countries around the world.

Clairfield advises a wide range of clients such as private equity, entrepreneurs and corporate clients, on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises and other corporate finance issues. Besides these activities, Clairfield Netherlands’ private equity branch Vondel Private Equity directly invests in private companies.
