Florin Finance is an independent corporate finance advisory boutique founded in 2013. We provide high quality financial advisory services in the field of mergers & acquisitions. Florin Finance takes a senior hands-on, results-oriented and accessible approach to support our clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives. We offer access to a broad network of professionals and work closely with other specialists and advisors on an independent basis.

With proven track records in advisory roles at Andersen, NIBC, Deloitte and in international corporate M&A, we have successfully assisted clients in the sale and acquisition of businesses, management buy outs, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, corporate carve outs, outsourcings and fundraisings. We also offer expertise in M&A strategy development, valuations and synergy analyses as well as M&A process optimization.

Given the strong growth and pipeline, we are continuously looking for ambitious students looking for an internship or analyst position in the field of corporate finance. Whilst the majority of the transactions we work on are cross-border, please note that fluency in Dutch is required.
