🔹 From day one, you’ll help design, test, and deploy tech-driven solutions — from automating internal processes to enhancing decision-making for our portfolio companies.

🔹 You’ll collaborate with the investment team, operators, and specialists, helping PE benefit from automation and AI.

🔹 You’ll see how we identify opportunities, develop use cases, build prototypes, and integrate tech into live operations, for both Arcola and our portfolio companies.

🔹 Arcola is fast-paced and informal, with a flat structure. We value creativity, initiative, and the ability to challenge assumptions.

Your role includes:

🔸 Designing and building tech-powered workflows for internal processes and portfolio companies

🔸 Supporting data analysis and automation projects

🔸 Researching and testing technologies relevant to PE and our sectors

🔸 Creating prototypes, workflows, and integrations with existing systems

🔸 Translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions

🔸 Participating in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Has a strong academic background (AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or similar)

✔ Is fluent in Dutch and English

✔ Has experience with tools, APIs, or programming

✔ Understands the basics of automation, data analysis, and prompt engineering

✔ Is entrepreneurial, creative, and solutions-oriented

✔ Is available full-time for at least 3 months as an intern or 2 days a week as a working student.
